I am just getting started and I am trying to figure out the most effective ways to build a cash buyers list. I’ve looked into listsource.com and dealulator.com. What are other ways to get a more effective list? I currently have a property under contract.

Hello Everyone! I’ve noticed  Rock amount, NC has a lot of affordable properties. I was just wondering if it is a desirable area for a Buyer’s market. Please let me know if you have any information.
