Just Us MA's mission through partnership with other organizations, agencies and support groups, is to provide skill building, preventative and supportive services to victims of violence, families of victims and perpetrators and their surrounding communities.

Gun violence is rampant in some Bay Area cities and it has hit home in the worst way for me. It has taken everything in my soul to pick up the pieces of my heart and life and simply live. So many of my peers have lost children that it's sickening and a lot of them don't have the knowledge, resources or support system that I'm fortunate enough to have in order to heal. I'm dedicated to helping these people.

@J. Martin Thanks for your advice and if I find anything in Richmond, I will definitely reach out to you. In this particular deal, I had the buyer already lined up...I was just a little confused on the language a wholesale contract should include. Nonetheless, I got it figured out and buyer & seller are happy and I also got to write up two other purchase contracts for this buyer. Yesterday was very promising! See you at the summit! :)
