See everyone tomorrow!

Hello everyone! This is January's Pints & Property meetup!

The goal of this meetup is to network with like-minded people involved in real estate. There will be a guest speaker. This month the speaker will be Dennis Maynard and he will be discussing Inflation. After the educational content, we will stay after to network and drink some beers. Hope you can make it!

Agenda:

Introductions/Network: 6-6:30 PM
Guest Speaker: 6:30-7:00 PM
Drink Beer/Network: 7:15-9PM

I want the majority of the event to be networking with one another and making connections! Please let me know if you have any questions, have any suggestions for future events or if you would be interested in being a speaker at the future events.

@Jesse Reynoso They are monthly! Next one is tomorrow at 6pm at Absolution Brewery so you didn't miss it. Hope to see you tomorrow. Biggerpockets doesn't let me make reoccurring meetings so meetup is the  best way to find it.

hey @Bromley Palamountain thank you for coming out and replying to this thread! Yes it is monthly. I don't think you can do a reoccurring meetup on the BiggerPockets website which is a bit frustrating so I made a new one. But yes you are right it is the second Wednesday of every month so the next one will be November 10th. I also just made a Facebook Group and the Meetup.com link is probably the best way to get updated information.

Pints & Properties is a real estate investors meetup to collaborate over beers, share knowledge, and network with like-minded people. This started in North Carolina and is now spreading throughout the United States.

We bring in community members who are crushing it to speak on topics ranging from deal strategy, creative financing, how to build your team and where to find off-market properties.

We will typically have 1 guest speaker. No sales pitch, just a lot of learning. After the guest speakers there will be plenty of time to network, drink some beers and talk real estate!
