How far was the move? thanks in advance

@Maria Kazak greetings from Tallahassee/Gulf Breeze

It appears that you are in a blind spot. What does SBA say about the loan? Perhaps there may be room for you to negotiate. I like to think that where there is a blind spot- a loophole is waiting to be found. I am sure one of the more experienced members have working experience with a similar situation. Best of luck

@Matt B. do you mean ask the seller to show you their current contract with their lender? sorry if this is a dumb question. Thanks in advance.

@Michael Baradell Man that is awesome to read about. I like how you structured your bookkeeping. Just the motivation I need to get going on my first flip. Congrats!

@Kevin Pfeiffer and congrats to you sir on pulling the trigger on your 1st flip!

is it currently tenant occupied? if so- when do the lease(s) expire?

after a few months of searching online for information re real estate, I found myself being led to this site time and time again, so I decided to make it official and make myself a member.

kinda stumbled into RE purchasing 2 condos at auction, and one of them came with a storage unit. I am starting to realize that passive income is front loaded with work, but the reward of having a well oiled machine is as close to passive income as one can get. I look forward to learning and being able to pass the knowledge on!
