In areas where you have two electrical outlets, one facing each way, in a single cavity you need to wrap them with acoustic (or fireproofing) putty pads.

We have a Deed of Trust on a property that we've sold and we are interested in selling it to free up some cash.

I have received mailings from First National Acceptance Company but a Google search turned up some complaints.

Does anyone have any advice for a first time seller?

Electric utilities offer shower heads because heating water takes a lot of electricity and it's cheaper for them to save electricity than to generate more.

The idea that air conditioning can only reduce temperatures by 10 degrees is laughable. Especially with central air. You need to talk to your landlord and see if he will get a tech out. But not the one that "over charged" the system. That guy is incompetent.

If there is any question you can get the house tested. I want to say that I've paid $600 to get a full report. You can pass that along to future buyers if you want, abate it yourself, have it abated professionally, or do nothing.

We've only ever done the legwork when we were pulling a demo permit.
