Appraised at = 245k

Mortgage = 1150
Rents = 1725
Those are the overall details. There is still a value play there which I will explore very soon. Also the Rents are not at market value yet. Which also will be adjusted later. Thanks

I am excited to say that I have closed my second Investment Property deal in one year. I bought my first SFR in March 2015. I just closed on my duplex rental property deal yesterday.
Property has tenants and it is cash flowing from day one.
2015 was a great year. For 2016 I going to Rehabbing properties. Got my team ready to go!
