Thanks Brian, I'll wait and hit then again
I sent out my first 50 letters (drove to take them to the house) Wednesday. I got my first no today saying that didn't want to sell. I'm happy because it got opened, but now I'm wondering do I take them off the list if they took the time to call and tell me they didn't want to sell? OR do I just drip on them the next few months?

This is super helpful! Thank you. I'll be in touch if I have further questions 😊
Hey @Shannon Carlisle I would recommend mailing to a list 5-7 times before hitting a new list. Especially if you are driving for your list that makes it more valuable because most people arent putting in that extra effort.
Even after you hit the list 5-7 times I would hold onto it and after a few months of giving that list a break hit it again. It is all about timing so the longer you can mail the better. Message me if you have more questions.
Cheers :)

Quick question, I built a list through D4D and I wanted to know how many times do you mail a list? I understand that they get several pieces of mail, but after you have mailed a list (say 4 pieces) do you move on to a new list or keep at it with the one you have? Any advice is welcome! Thanks 😊
Thanks @michael!
Hello Bigger Pockets, I'm a newbie and I live in Nashville Tennessee and I'm interested in investing in the Nashville surrounding areas and in Indianapolis Indiana where my parents live. I'm interested in doing some wholesale deals to build up funds and then learning other strategies as i go along. I'm glad I found this community and I look forward to learning with everyone and hopefully networking with people in the area both Nashville and Indianapolis.
