I am thinking of working with Aloha Capital. Has anyone worked with them?

Thanks

Sharon

Thanks I appreciate the suggestion. This is maybe what is needed for me to do. Have lawn person to do it.

Need advice on this issue. I have a tenant that I use to keep the yard clean and take out the trash. I take some money off the rent. Do you think that this is a good idea. The reason for my concern. This is a 2 family and the tenant on the second floor is having problems using the yard because my first floor tenant thinks the property belong to him. What advise would be best. They don't get along. Different age group people and different background.

God works in mysterious ways. The Lord just worked everything out for that lady. It worked in your favor. That's great.

I have done the same thing but I spoke with my credit card company to lower the payment and they gave me a 2.5% rate and put it up for 60 months. So when I have the money. I can always paid it off. So it free up some of my money on the 2 family that I have. My credit card payment was cut in half. So you can try to do the same to see if that will work for you.

Does anyone knows anything regarding co-brokering? I was looking at some properties that says co-broker. Explanation is needed. What does that involve?

Thanks for the information where I can get a HELOC loan to buy other properties.

I would like to know where I can get a HELOC loan beside the bank. Is there anyone who knows if anyone other lenders does that type of loan.

I purchase it as an investment property. I spoke to someone from a mortgage company who told me I only could get $25K out to purchase another property. That didn't make any sense. So I wanted more clarity on that part because I heard about repeat purchase once you buy your first property. Thanks for the information. Hopefully, I will get better clarity on purchase another property soon.
