Hi Folks,  I still pretty new to Bigger Pockets and introduced myself several weeks ago.  I'm from northern NJ and, as a company, we have decided to look for MF properties in Huntsville.  I found the article that Caroline Davis forwarded very useful.  Would love to connect with others either investing in that area or living there or commercial real estate agents.  Where are the B/C neighborhoods?  Since we are just starting out in Hunstville are there any neighborhoods we should definitely stay away from?  Any info about the market would be helpful.  Thanks for your input!  And, I'm always available to answer any questions you might have about NJ. 

Hi folks, I'm Selina Hillenmayer from northern NJ..(actually Northern Bergen County).  I've been checking out the site for a little bit lately and wanted to introduce myself.  Many years ago I invested in multi-family properties but left real estate for a brick and mortar business.  Ugh!!  When I returned to real estate along with some family members we got into the flipping/rehab biz.  We've now moved back to the multi-family space but with out-of-state properties instead of staying in NJ.  We are narrowing down our areas now.  Meanwhile, should you have any questions about NJ...especially the northern part of the state...please don't hesitate to ask.  I'll help however I can.
