HI All, New to Huntsville market and It seems to me that you are mostly talking about PMs for small rentals.  Who would you suggest as PM for larger MF apt. buildings?  Appreciate it.

My goal in real estate is to raise capital and close on our first syndication of minimum 50-100 units. Of utmost importance is to also be healthy and have peace and joy each day as I go about my business.

@Caleb Bryant, we are looking for larger MF properties...70 units+.  I'm hearing now that those are hard to come by in the area.

Welcome, Dain.  You are in the right place...loads of information here.  If you are just starting out IMHO I feel house hacking is a great place to start.  I wish I knew more about it years ago.   As for being on the road a lot...some types of assets will lend itself more easily than others.  What assets are you going after?

Hi Sean and Rashmi,  I'm also from NJ but way up north...close to the NY state border.  Quite a long time ago I invested in MF in NJ.  I got away from real estate which was a very big mistake.  We are not looking out of state and, at this time, our search will be in Huntsville, AL.  I know of several good meetups that you might be interested in...I'm not sure if they are in a good location for you.  Let's connect.
