We’ve done it again! Realtor/Investor Specialist Dan Kidd just helped another investor/client get a great rental property! Here are the details:

Listed - $44,900

Purchase Price- $36,700

Estimated repairs - $18,000

ARV-$72,000

Rent estimated - $850/month

Our client retained $17,300 in equity while having a great cash flowing property. This is what we do on a daily basis. If you have any questions on "how to" I'm here to help!

Cash invested: $60,000

Off-market BRRR deal. Purchased for $175k, $60k in repairs, ARV projected $350k. Projected rents $4,200 total. **Rehab currently underway, estimated completion January 15th, 2019. Woo!

Cash invested: $20,000

Off-market duplex BRRR deal. Purchased with private money at $55,000, rehabbed with $20k, rents for $700 each side. Refi is in process.
