evict the property manager if they proceed, now the decision is yours. or fire them now, PMs are a dime a dozen, and don't discount that they would evict someone to get a new placement fee. they exist to make money, not serve your interests...though serving your interests makes them money, which is where your power lies....hence the first statement

as a fellow landlord to lowlifes....1. first last security deposit always. 2. confirm job (then you can garnish dem' wages...and no strippers/minimum wage/under the table bs is acceptable). .....never interact with the animals, tell them what is, and that's it. Its your house and you can do what you want, without violating law.

Narelle Myke I actually have a pickup service were tenants can set up a pickup of rent by my trusted associate (of course in the form of money order only) . 15 bucks a pickup Raquel Thomas what part of Baltimore do your homes reside?

If you work with a broker that cooperates, they'll let you buy.the place in someone else's name to prevent a listing bank not paying you for representing yourself. The policy of not paying agents representing themselves is questionable legally, I believe, though banks have always gotten away with it.

hire someone licensed off craigslist, then it will be free. Do it as much as u need to until you can estimate it yourself.
