This is a great deal!  But house is scheduled to go to auction TOMORROW!!
Attorney needs a copy of a check for $48K today to stop auction.  The comps in the area are $95.64 sf so that would make the market value around $293,519.  Total sale price $145K plus the $48K back taxes paid today for a total of $193,000.  The property is in good condition and needs less than $20k in rehab.  If anyone is interested please contact me asap.

We had a great get together and I enjoyed meeting everyone.  We made a decision to meet the last Weds. of each month at 6:00pm we will be there for a while so it is fine if you arrive late.  So our next meeting will be December 30th location TBA.  Thank you so much to everyone that came and I look forward to seeing you guys next month and hopefully some new faces!

@Christopher Cannon  Yes you are welcome to bring anyone else.  Since BP is a free group anyone can join. 

@Carol Kohn Since this is the first meeting there will not be a formal agenda.  It will be more social to meet everyone, share deals, set a mutual day, time & place that we can have the meeting every month.  If anyone has anything particular that they want to share with the group or educate us on or ask for advise we will have time for that as well.
