I’ve heard of investors talking about opportunities to partner in flips.
One I heard about was the investor buys the house the flipper funds the rehab and sells the house and profits are split down the middle.
Another model I heard is the company sells the investor the house, loans to buy the house AND rehab, and rehabs and sells it, collecting interest payments from the investor during the process.
Does anyone have experience with these setups? Did it work out? If so, can you share who or which company you partnered with?
I’m not terribly excited about keeping on the contractor to make sure the work gets done but partnering seems to make a lot of sense.
