@Geoffrey Tanudjaja If you will be living next door why not manage yourself and then you have a positive cash flow Even If you cant manage it will take 10 years to get to a positive cash flow However your free rent is also a value

And you need cash to up the rent

I would not buy

Pound pavement and meet local agents

Agents are not allowed to deceive in anyway shape or form

Haveing said that there are agents who’s perception of truth, can be fuzzy at times

b) You need to remember that collage students end up costing landlords lots in utilities

c)have good insurance to cover you
