Peace. Working on a flip and now it’s time to install subway tiles in the kitchen. I just learned there are ceramic tiles and there are subway tile backsplash, that you can just peel off and stick (I think).  does it matter which one I go with? Is the ceramic tile the way to go because it is real? 

Peace. Flipping a home and now it’s time for me to purchase kitchen appliances. Does the brand of appliances matter or as long as it’s stainless steel? I have quartz countertops and the home will be on sale for $320k when complete.

Peace. I am in the middle of a flip and I am considering replacing the hot water heater ( current one installed in 2013) with a Navien tankless hot water heater? Has anyone ever heard of this brand? Is it good? The contractor said he would charge me $1650 to install it (parts included). Is this a good price?  what are your thoughts? 

Greetings. I am in the process of flipping a home and adding a bathroom in the master suite. Should it be a tub or a stand in shower, what is more desirable? The home currently has one Full bathroom with the tub, One stand in shower, And a 1/2 bath.

Currently working on my first flip and I want to know is it worth paving the driveway? Will this increase the value of the home?

An agent told me “No difference quartz vs granite on appraisal” is this true? I assume granite was top of the line and had a higher return on investment. I’m in the process of flipping my first home and I’m trying to choose the right countertop.

Agent also said, “Granite used to be the go to maybe 5 years ago. Quartz is actually higher priced. You’re probably seeing that. BUT for appraisal purposes they’re just looking at stone countertops whether it’s soapstone. Quartz, granite, and some high end butcher block. The most important thing is “updated”

What are your thoughts?

Currently working on my first flip and I plan on installing granite countertops. Anything in particular I should know /ask before I purchase them?

If you’re in Connecticut- do you have a recommendation of where to buy them? I’m in Hartford County.
