Peace. Flipping a home and will be doing a full home renovation + adding central air and heating. I am knocking out one wall to expand the kitchen.....How important is it for the contractor to pull permits? I hear they are a pain. Can I do the job without pulling permits? Will this hinder me from selling the home? Is there an area to prioritize the permit? #help

Peace. I flipped my first home last month and plan on flipping more homes this year (yay). But I'm hearing the IRS is going to kill me with a tax bill (capital gains). I have an LLC but I'm hearing I should switch to an S Corp. I obviously don't want to owe uncle Sam a large amount of cash. Does anyone have any advice on how to minimize the amount of taxes I can pay as a home flipper?

Peace. Currently working on a flip and the home needs a new roof. I am thinking about having a contractor lay new shingles over the existing roof. Is that a no no? Or is that pretty common? How will it impact me when it’s time to sell? The value?

Peace. Flipping a home and it currently has aluminum siding. It definitely needs to be painted to look fresh and new. My question is, Is vinyl a better option and will it raise the home value, or is aluminum siding sufficient?

Peace. I am flipping a home with an indoor pool. Any advice for me? I am hearing mixed things about selling a home with a pool. Also, in terms of finishing touches, does it need top of the line finishes, or will basic finishes suffice?
