You are correct, @Lane Kawaoka - most, if not all, conventional banks/credit unions also limit the number of investment properties to 10, that you can own, and of course their underwriting requires 2 years of past tax returns, most likely 700+ FICO, personal financial statement, bank statements, investor resume', blood type, SS #, etc......haha!  In other words, you have to provide EVERYTHING.

These can be cherry-picked.  Gross Yields from 12 to 20%.  A couple are Section 8 and 4-5 are now month-to-month.
