Ok, 85% LTV is doable with a 725+ FICO and the DSCR is 1.2 or over.

Rob, when you say Multifamily, how many doors is that?

@Denise Carringer - pretty sure you meant, 85% LTV. The challenge with this high a leverage on LTR is meeting the minimum DSCR requirement. For STR, this is not really an issue, as most STR's 3x the LTR rental income.

Also, curious as to why you would want to go Conventional and impact your personal DTI, vs. just going DSCR?
