Stephen is an accomplished real estate professional with over two decades of experience. His journey began in 2000 purchasing his first 3 family rental properties. A few more rentals and all was well, but he still needed to work. In 2012 he saw the possibilities available to him through wholesaling real estate. A portion of her expertise is in wholesaling lease options; assigning terms contracts instead of the standard cash deal.
