Thanks for letting us know of your interest! This is the first Mercer County bus tour we've had, though SJREIA has had bus tours in the south jersey area before.  We're hoping for a successful turnout and will most likely have more. However, we have no other future tours planned at this time.  I will let the bus tour organizers know of your inquiry.

BIO - Jonathan practices in the areas of general business and corporate law, including business formation, counseling clients on business-related issues, and drafting customer agreements. Bio: Brian Mann - A full time real estate investor since the 1970’s. Currently engaged full time doing renovations and resale of single family houses in West Essex County, NJ.

Brian has a BBA in Economics and Finance with a minor in Real Estate. Worked on the floor of the American Stock Exchange dealing in stock equities and options. Besides real estate, Brian has led many business and civic organizations.

Brian has completed every type of residential real estate transaction except ‘condo conversions.’ During the 1980’s, he achieved Senior Status in Who’s Who in Creative Real Estate. Additionally, some commercial transactions including successfully relocating a Private Collage under emergency conditions with no time or money lost to the institution.

Currently teaching several real estate investing courses. :

1. how to locate, analyze and market investment real estate.

2. basics of real estate investing.

3. advanced strategies for acquisition, asset protection and reducing tax burdens.

4. Most importantly, identifying and setting investing goals and mentoring / coaching both beginner and advanced to Maximize profits and tax advantages. Using but not limited to: Self directed IRAs, Traditional and Roth, Sole, Joint tenants, Joint tenants with the right of survivorship, Land Trusts, Tenants in Common, Partnership; General, Limited and Family Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Company, Corporations both “C” & “ S”.
