I would take that same list and do a third test to compare. Find a company that can walk you through their process, has flexible spending options and no high-spend minimums. By hand-scrubbing, several databases can be used to find the results. Your best bet is to find one that has flexible membership options, without high spend requirements. Once you have your leads list there are many options for skip tracing. Your best bet it to find one that has flexible memberships. You mentioned that cost is not a problem, but you don't to be unnecessarily spending money. Choose a skip tracing company that has options that meet your specific needs and do no have high volume minimums.
