Hi Everyone,
If you're looking for a place to learn everything about real estate and it's intricacies and you're in the Rochester NY area, look no further! We've devised the best training regiment based on years of proven procedures. We believe that through superior professionalism, lightning fast response times, and unparalleled customer service sales is a natural occurrence and not something that is forced. We've been successful at closing more deals than competitors by staying focused and working closely as a team. We foster an environment of creativity and learning. We've recently moved headquarters to an exciting new location with lots of space to spread out.
We're looking for the brightest and most passionate individuals that want to be the top agents in Monroe County. The archaic systems in place are crumbling as we hammer away in new and cunning ways.
For those that join now, all costs will be waived indefinitely, including office space, E&O, CRM, internet, and more. We also boast the highest commission split. If you're reading this here on BP you already know. Those that take the biggest risks, garner the biggest rewards. Who's in your corner?

Hey Guys,
Sorry I've been so lackadaisical on updating content on BP! I try to at least keep up on the local Rochester NY threads and I was leaving work today when I saw the 'Rochester' SMS come through just after closing my laptop. Only 2 hours of sleep last night for me or you know I would have pulled it back out and dove right in. Being I didn't do that, and instead drove slow through he ice we're getting pelted with and then cooked some supper; I thought for sure any lead would be long cold (other agents in my market are starting to wise up...). BUT when I responded to the newbie's thread (which I hope to covert to client) I won THIS award!
THANKS BIGGER POCKETS!
I will be posting my year end conversions:
2015 BP versus Zillow. Who will be the $ in / $ out ratio CHAMPION OF THE UNIVERSE?
mwhaaaaa, you'll have to stay tuned to see :D :D :D

1 would be your best option. Who are you using for your cash out? I've got a good guy if you need him.
Cheers!

I'm going for it! I know @Joel Owens is probably right, but I always want to find out for myself! I'm trying to enter a market with some pretty deep pockets, and it isn't easy. I've been cold calling to recruit and getting stone walled.... I won't give up though. I've got a couple newbies that I'm going to train, and 2 that I've trained for a year. We definitely have the best deal for agents, but right now the push back I'm getting from people in other organizations is that "I like the culture" and "I like the training" and "I like my mentor"
Ugg... I'll keep you all posted :D

Welcome William!
Rochester has a strong community of local investors that love working with each other. No matter what you're looking to get into there are experienced professionals you can tap into for resources and information. You'll want to start attending the local investor group (FFREIA) and joining some of the other meet ups.
Welcome to BP!
Sincerely,
Mark
