I am also a big audio books guy, but J's book are more than worth the time spent reading them. And *** others have pointed out, they are even more useful as ongoing reference material.

Thanks for xmind. Always looking at different mind mapping tools.

Also, I like your idea about email automation for issues.

Agree with @Derreck Wells . If he is too busy, find a new one.

@Augustin G. - Welcome to the site! I also went to Oswego (but for Computer Science). Awesome school as long as you don't mind snow.

Sounds like you are off to a great start. I would also recommend a duplex or multi-family to start. That was my initial plan as well but we ended up purchasing a single family, which set my investing back a little bit.

I would recommend reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad first. So much of life is all about mindset. The reason just about everyone mentions that book (myself included) is because it really changes your mindset.

The two bigs ones have been hit - Dropbox and Google Drive. I use both and would recommend either. Others have done a great job of explaining the pros/cons. To add to it, I just published a blog that talks about Google Drive and the other free Google tools.

Stupid question (kind of like asking if the TV is plugged in when someone says that it won't turn on)... have you submitted your information ot make sure you get emailed? I just did to test it for you. Also, city/state and zip are required, but do not contain the red asterisk.

You might be able to ask less questions. If you get an email/number and address, that will be enough to do some initial research and follow-up.

Marketing and getting leads are all about trying different things to see what works. See if you can switch up your search terms, copy, call to actions, etc to find what works. You also might not have been doing it for long enough yet.

That is awesome! It is a great book, so it is awesome that it is not getting to the top of the list so more people can find it.

@Matthew Paul - I love outsourcing the problem and letting someone else handle it!
