Zachary,

Thanks for your input, I would agree with you. I would also add Texas to the list.

@Brandie Lynn

Brandie,

Thanks for the kind words, I believe everyone can be successful if they keep pushing through the tough times. Adversity is what makes us stronger.

@Kai Van Leuven

Kia,

I had a journal I was writing in every week and it is funny when I look back at it because throughout the journal no matter what was going on I always ended the explanation of my way with “I won’t give up, I can do it”, I’m glad I was writing down my exact thoughts and feelings during that time. I am definitely grateful for experiences like this because it makes you appreciate things more.

If you had a Job that was 80% travel and you could live anywhere in the U.S to make the most money with a House Hack/BRRRR strategy where would you live, why?

Here is the strategy: You qualify for an FHA 203k loan (rehab loan), and you plan to BRRRR, then move after 1 to 2 years and repeat this process. What markets would you pick to do this?

@Charrand Jones

Charrand,

I know I am a bit late but if you are still interested I do have a good contractor that helped get my property done. Send me a message if you are still interested.

@Bradley Sriro

Thanks Brandley, it was really tough but you know what they say. “What don’t kill you makes your stronger” and I definitely got better after that experience. Now I can go into the next deal a little more prepared.

@Jay Hinrichs

Thanks Jay, I am actually getting ready to sell. The market is really hot and we are getting over asking price. I am very sad to see this investment go after all the hard work but I am grateful for the experience.
