Hi Everyone! I'm wondering if anyone else is in the same boat as me that has bought a property in Indianapolis and is looking to/already bought properties in Cleveland as well. Are there any rental laws or processes I need to worry about that are more unique to Cleveland? 

i.e. POS violations seem to be unique and quite common. Any guidance or articles you can point me to would be fantastic. Thanks!
