I have tried working with wholesalers but that deal avenue has not worked for me yet.

Would you be able to share what numbers/returns you are looking to achieve? Curious what margins flippers are looking at to pull the trigger

Hello, I'm looking to purchase my 2nd property in Indy as my previous realtor has retired. Does anyone have any recommendations for real estate agents? I'm looking for a 3/1+ SFH or MFH. Please PM or leave a message here. Thanks!

I appreciate the replies. But as one can see, not a recommendation from an investor/owner! Pretty scary!

Hello, I'm finding it concerning that there are no other investors that can recommend a good property manager. Are there any investors here that can recommend a property manager that they LOVE? Thank you.

All great information here. I'm curious why no one has been able to share their own personal feedback as to who they would recommend.

thanks for this. Are there any specific websites or articles about rental/vacant certificates and other specifics about the area? Definitely never heard of this before. Would property management companies typically handle these?
