If in need of financing or refinancing
Check us out at bluegrasslending.com for more information, but here are some key points:
For Mortgages:
- Low as 4% interest rate (can get to 1 + prime)
- Between $300,000 - $75,000,000
- Up to 80% LTV
- 20 to 30-year amortizations
For Construction Loans:
- 5% to 9% interest rate
- 60% LTV of final value (up to 50 million)
- 100% loan to cost
- No prepayment penalty
Direct message me with any questions. I'd be happy to help!

Thanks so much for the advice! I intend to do it the right way 100% of the time!

I was wondering if it would be in my best interest to start an LLC before wholesaling a house?

Hey BP I was wondering if it was smart to form an LLC before attempting your first deal to give you legal protection?
Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Haven't completed my first deal yet, still chasing it!

Hey BP! Out of curiosity...
How long, from when you first started educating yourself about real estate, did it take you to complete your first deal?
