Freddie Mac offers a 10 year loan. Pretty low interest rate too compared to the 30. In Japan you can get 40 or 50 year

@Upen Patel it would actually be for my primary residence. I thought after ten they wouldn't lend you any conventional loans regardless?

Depending on the interest rate of your car loans, mortgage and student loans I wouldn't pay them off early, instead pay the minimum and focus that remaining money on acquiring your first property.

250 gallons an hour is not impossible. Considering a single shower head can do 120 gallons an hour

When you get a loan you're in a business transaction of free will, not slavery. Slavery is being forced into something, no one is forcing anyone to get a loan. Just my two cents.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a good deadbolt that has a keypad instead of a lockbox so no one actually has a key for my rehabs? One that you can slip on without drilling into the door.

Opening an LLC for each property or putting each property in an LLC is such a headache. Get a 1 or 2 million dollar policy and you'll be fine. That's pretty cheap.
