We have been offering a VA renovation loan program on purchases. Can do a maximum of 35,000 in repairs and still has to be within VA loans limits. Currently doing them in Texas and California. Cool program for veterans looking to repair a house.

Both REIAS I think are free for first time guests and have a monthly membership.

Every first Tuesday of the month SAREIA holds their monthly meeting, also there is a real estate investor meet up at Joe Blues on that same Tuesday. Two completely different environments, both are great just depends on what you're looking for.

I believe every second Thursday of the month ALAMOREIA, has their monthly meeting.
