Hello. I'm looking to connect with local to Tampa, FL foreclosure investors. My husband and I are interested in pursuing the foreclosure route to purchasing our next rental investment and would like to hook up and meet. I'm in Lithia/FishHawk.

I don't think I'm ready for auctions. But, I'll definitely find out what's going on with the foreclosure by calling the attorney's office. Thanks.

I've come across a few foreclosures that aren't showing up on the MLS. What gives? It looks like that the HOA is foreclosing on the house, but I guess the owner could remedy it by paying whatever needs paying. Right? I'm in the dark when it comes to foreclosures. Is there a due diligence list or something to check when looking at purchasing one? Or even a pre-foreclosure? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
