@Brett Goldsmith Yeah I’m not so sure about the bidding process. I know that’s a little more complicated. I didn’t know if I needed to contact the lienholder and find out what’s going on or do I just contact the owners and send them a letter and see if they’re interested in selling.

Help! I'm seeing all these foreclosures and preforeclosures on the bigger pockets website, but they don't show up in MLS. How do you go about getting one of these? They look like the foreclosure was issued by the HOA. I'm not sure what steps I need to make to see if I can try to buy on one of these. I'm completely in the dark. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi. My husband and I have a few properties already under our belt and are interested in testing out the wholesale aspect. What I mean is purchasing from a wholesaler. What to look for in a wholesaler, how to find one, etc. We would be interested in possibly a single family home that could use some sweat equity. We live east of Tampa, Riverview/Lithia area (33547). Any help in this topic would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
