John Hiscox, Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of OpenHouse.ai, will dive into the impact of real-time data as a tool to future-proof your business. As an industry, it is standard practice to make high-impact business decisions based on intuition and historical sales data. But with home buyer expectations changing more quickly than ever, the question becomes, how does a builder safeguard the decision-making process to stay ahead of the curve? By leveraging AI-technology and machine learning, builders can gather powerful insights and inform strategy across their entire business. When understanding their customers and surrounding market, home builders often focus on the digital journey of the home buyers who converted, but in reality, there is so much more to learn from the 99% of website visitors who didn't. With AI technology, this insight is unlocked, providing real-time insight into a builder's market, while personalizing the shopping experience. From land planning to marketing, the power of the data created through machine learning technology will provide meaningful insight to foster data-driven decisions across a builder's entire business.
