Check out this cool Property in the Chambersburg Neighborhood of Trenton NJ.   The property is Fully Occupied and is being sold with clear Certificate of Occupancy.  There is currently management in place which you can choose to continue with for seamless transition to cash flow.  

*NOTE:   The taxes are currently at $4,056 per yer.   The house is assessed at about 70k, and the new assessment is proposed at about 50k.  Trenton is reassessing the city in 2017 and leveling the playing field for properties that are way to high or way to low.   Once the dust settles the taxes should be about 3k per year, based on conversations we have had with the people down at city hall.
