 Are you able to attend the Meet Up this Thursday? Sadly I can’t but they are good times of learning and networking. It’s in Cherry Hill. 

Congratulations on diving in. I’ve used Foundation Title mostly, but have worked with a bunch. Like many things it’s often about relationships and comfort level. If you specific people to call send me a message. Happy to help. 

I’ve always used Foundation in Woodbury. They have about ten office throughout the state.

You can consider comps for multi sales comparing 3-unit comps versus 2-unit making adjustments as needed. Appraisers do that. Also, I know people looking in that area. If you want send me info when you are ready - I can see if they are interested. :)
