Thanks for the input, Ann, always appreciated!
If I wanted to pursue a more rural property, assuming the other numbers work, is there a reasonable adjustment I can make to the vacancy projections to better help account for it?

Anyone have any experience investing in multi-family properties in or near Ossipee? What can be expected as far as rental rates, tenant pool, vacancies etc?
Any advice on rental markets in NH to avoid?
Thanks!

I'm considering a property for rehab in southern NH that is accessible by a class 6 road. I'm concerned that this will be a problem for my prospective buyers post-rehab when they try to obtain financing. Does anyone have any experience with this type of situation?
