I'm looking for someone that will make loans amortized over 15 or so years but due in 5.

Dti is higher than allowed conventional (60%) simply no way to grow your business without borrowing money if you have little to none.

Most loans will be under 50k or if I can combine 2 or 3 properties into 1 loan I can get over that figure.

Anyone out there loaning any money that think we could work something out? Would rather the lender be in Kc area but not a must. Contact me.

let me clarify a bit. When I said "rented 5 days later" that was 5 days after his lease was up & he had moved out I rented to second guy. 

remodeled in September 2014. Rented for 700/ month to first renter. Rented 5 days later for 600/month. Made that deal to get 6 months upfront. Currently rented at 600 to him. 

Just a few pictures. Several more if you need. Require advance notice to view. Please do not disturb resident.

Taxes just under 200/year. Insurance just over 400/year. Almost maintenance free. I can continue management or you can use your own.

New 3ton a/c, 90kbtu furnace, fridge, gas stove, washer/dryer all included. New flooring throughout, mix of laminate, vinyl, tile & carpet. Newer siding. Vinyl Windows.

Sits across from a nice park with pool. On and off street parking. Nice house. Been a good income producer for me. Just looking to flip my money to buy more.
