When you figure out how to invest in real estate leith no money let me know. I have all the skills to do a rehab or fix anything but no money left. Lol. I have acquired 6 unit so far but I am stuck in a rut. No money and none of any amount in the near future. 

I have never bought from here but have been told this is a good place to get quality canners at a decent price.

Yes I have done a couple for sale by owner sales. Contact the title company you are closing through & ask them to send you a FSBO contract. I have used it along with a financing agreement they have as well. Record this with the deed & it will cost you about 30 bucks recording fee depending on what county the property is in. Can't get any less out of pocket than that.

P.s it will cost you some ink too. Lol.

They advertised this heavily because of the documentary about Kansas City east side that aired just before.

@Amaka Nzenaguora it is semi boarded up. Has a sign in the window that it's unfit. Once Kck has their nose in something it will be an uphill battle to win them over.

If she tells a judge you notified her & you had got a second opinion at her request he will throw her out. If she admits you notified her you done your job. Tell her to take out to court then counter sue her for your loss of time.

@Amaka Nzenaguora it's on 8th off quindaro  Blvd. it's very possible it's 1500. That's a rough area. Be tough doing anything with that being out of state. Just out of curiosity I'll drive out there in the morning and look at it for ya.
