MKE Investors,

What are the best zip codes for owing rental property? I know there will be a lot of opinions on this, but interested in hearing them. 

Factors to consider: lower property taxes to maintain good cash flow, lower crime rates, good rent-to-buy ratios (looking for minimum of 1%), strong tenant base, jobs/economics, growth and revitalization, etc

Would love to hear your opinions.

Thanks for the shout out @Marcus Long! @Hersh Rai Welcome to BP; there are lots of military investors that you can learn from. One piece of advice: buy some property yourself and get some experience with managing your own investments before you start syndicating and using other people's money. Experience is one of the most important things that smart investors will look at before they trust you enough to invest with you in a deal. Syndicating comes later once you've built up your experience and expertise. Good luck and let me know if I can help in any way.

I'm hoping to attain my MLO License and was wondering if there are any recommendations for study material in order to prepare for the Colorado Mortgage Loan Originator Exam? Any resources that have a question bank and/or an outline of what to study? Thanks in advance!
