RE santa ana rent control!:  Same is happeninig in Santa Monica, Huntington Beach, Long Beach, LA wants a restructuring, Richmond, San Francisco wants restructuring.

LA City Council just voted on this 12-0 in favor of taking away property owner rights.

They should be voted out of office

If you're in LA you should write your city council that you don't want more rent control or restrictions on property owners.  Just as a home owner let alone landlord
