@Steve Hyduchak -

Several of the people in my mastermind group either left their careers after college to become a real estate investor or never took that first corporate job after they graduated.

On person has an MBA in finance and never worked a single day in a corporate job. Another one has an MBA and was a CPA and tax strategist. He closed his business and began investing when he realized that all of the folks on the "other side of the table" were making more money than he was an accountant . Another was in the mortgage business. These folks have all been successful.

Your education will serve you well in either business.

Finish this year, take a year off and decide which course of action makes you happy. :) In the end, we all want a lifestyle business,

You need to decide. Exactly what is it you want your life to look like? How do you want to spend your days? What will make you have a happy life. Money is only one part of that answer.

Dustin -

What I am asking you is when you order a list, what exactly do you ask for? The exact criteria?

Sharon

Dustin - statistics say that you have to speak to 20 sellers to get a deal. Is your list niched down enough?

@Mikhail Sazonov

I don't mail to them. Like Rick said most of the people continue to live there.

Mikhail - Just use one of the national list providers like Listsource.com. Send me an email when you get a chance.

Yu-

Did you check by address? That is how I usually get them to come up.

There is the possibility that the property has been sold, but that address would still come up.

Can you get the executor's name and address?

If so, I would probably send them a letter anyway to see if you can get some information. Sometimes it takes some detective work.
