I'm thinking about sending out a Probate list. My family received one just last year when my brother in law passed and just so happens I still had thenough in my vehicle.  I look in legal advertising but I'm trying to figure out how to get the deceased address.

So, I'm having a really hard time with obtaining all the property information I need to analyze this deal. I'm thinking about doing a contract and forwarding it to a realtor friend of mind.

Sorry to hear that your deal may not happen but since I work in law enforcement I would have them do a wellness check ASAP!
