I have been reading BP religiously learning and reading and still trying to figure things out, but the question I have is I have a co- worker that probably need to sell her Mom house that is located on Puerto Rico. The route I would like to go is wholesale. Any suggestions?

This website is awesome, it's so hard to not search it all the time. So I read the Beginner book, listen to podcasts now I'm listening to the educational lessons. So I want to know since I just did a short sale on my first home will I have any problems with getting finance on any deals once I start?
