You can forward/redirect to any URL in the admin section of your hosting package. Without   proper SEO marketing no one will find you.  You need money and Google to be your best friend to have a successful website. On your website contents you need keywords that people are searching for so your site will show up in the searches.

Good Luck.

You got to put "Skins on the Wall". In other words you got to bring money to the table. No lender in there right mind will lend you the money to buy a property. You have to be invested in the property. Every property I have bought I have had to put 20-30 percent down.

If your serious in getting into RE investing you might want to cut back on expenses and get 2nd job on the weekend to start saving for your 1st property purchase. My wife and I did it years ago to buy our 1st home in Miami.

Good Luck.

I have been fortune in my RE investments as I have a great realtor that is investor friendly. She's always on the look out for great investment properties on and off market. I gave her a list of zip codes that I wanted a daily MLS listings emailed with my property requirements. Everyday I get those MLS emails. She been doing RE a long time that I have learn a lot about the RE world. She always willing to explain things and let's me know if the property is worth my time and money.

Having a great realtor is key...it's been for me.

Good Luck.

Be yourself on the business card. Put down your a Real Estate Investor. You buys houses. Don't make yourself bigger than your ready are.

Name, phone number, email address.

That's it. Keep it simple.

I'll say treat your tenants with respect and always have your properties in working order like you lived there. Apparently these tenants have shady landlords. I don't see anything wrong with these boot camps in teaching/explaining the  tenant/landlord laws.

Scott...The rehab I bought back in August 2014 has done well, the house been good no issues. Didn't take long to rent it out. Since then I have bought 2 additional houses. I use Zillow and other popular sites to search for houses. Also having a Realtor that works with investors is key and understands the market. PM me if you got questions.

Justin...your right.
