i have been trying real hard lately to find out about foreclosures while they are public record like (nod), but am having zero luck. its simple to find them in the newspaper or posted at the courthouse, but no one in my county will help me out before that process. not the banks, lawyers, clerk of court, or register of deeds. the reg of deeds told me today if i had aname or a parcel number they would be happy to pull it for me, but how do i get that info? there is no magic list of preforeclosures or nod's that i can find. i know i am missing one ingrediant, but cant figure it out. can anyone help me? i am new on here and already have been reading alot of what you guys are talking about....its good stuff!!!
