on fox tonight they said it would take a college level reader, that reads 650-700 words a min, 12 uninurrupted hrs to read the whole thing! no rep congress votes, and only 3 gop senators...and jenny, dont feel hopeless, we have to take back control on smaller levels...go ahead and start informing yourself on 2010. and pay lots of attention to your local gov too...thats where we have to start... ps hope none of you older folks have life threatning ilness....obama is not on your side.

my agent is timid about putting in so many low offers and wants me to back down a little...what advice to give him? he thinks we will be overextended, and be treading on thin ice with our relationships...but i know u have to put in the offers to finally get one accepted...should i keep marching by myself, or what?

i have a verbal deal struck wth RE agent on short sale...i want to have my offer to purchase contract have an addendum or whatever it needs to make the contract assignable. my RE agent says he cant write that in that all he can do is say "see attached" and i can put it in, but he says to speak w a lawyer....i dont want to lose this deal over "time". what is the easiest, and quickest, and still legal to be able to assign the contract?

the ladies are listed in that order out of respect. richard is right, they do not earn a salary. if you click the link and click their names and read waht they do, it is nothing more than a public face and a public voice. no decision making going on...(with one former exception of first lady hillary!)
