Hi @John N. Welcome to BP! I generally stay north of Quincy and South of Woburn, but I would be happy to refer you to a good agent in the areas you are looking, or I can help if you want to look at little further North. I actually know of some good 2 families off Market in Quincy right now. My company specializes in Multi-Family investment properties and I manage the leasing for 26 units in Cambridge and Somerville. Feel free to reach out and I'll see what I can do for you!

Hi @Chuck Wiggins and @Mary Davey,
Also check out Boston Wealth Builder's, it's free and I have met some great lenders and have a great hard money guy I work with frequently.

Hi @Michael Jeffers Check out the appraisers group, they have an office in Belmont on Trapelo Road. Richard A. Goulet is the president of the company and I can give you his information if you want, just inbox me. As for selling 1/3 of a property, I have no experience with that. If it is a 3 family, and you own one of the units, then you could convert the 3 family to condos and sell your part.
