Multi family not multifarious* auto correct my apologies!

Dolores Waldron all points made above are extremely important, the biggest thing is the market you are looking to do a condo conversion, if there is no market for condos and attached single family housing it makes no sense. Somerville, Southie, Cambridge for example I know of several personal developers who are killing it in condo conversions fastest largest returns in 12 months, other areas not really a condo market.
