Thank god for the search ability in Gmail. I found a doc that had his SSN at the bottom of one of my contracts I wrote up with him.

Being a newb, I spent around $32000 with a contractor who I never got an EIN from in 2014.
The company name he used was actually under somebody else's name and in December it was dissolved...
The contractor screwed me big time and made off with about $15k worth of work never being done. I didn't want to file suit but I figured the IRS would be enough to make him think twice about screwing somebody over when he gets hit with a 1099.
I need some help in figuring out how to get his EIN or SSN or how I can hit him with the 1099.

Thanks @Ashley Mullin!
The houses will be seasoned for 12mo in May. I spoke with a lender about a 75% Cashout-Refi just a moment ago. I guess it would be through fannie mae. Not sure if I want to go that route or not.
I'll check your guys out!

Hi,
I've fixed up a few houses and I'm looking to cashout-refi them so I can free up my private lender's money to continue rehabbing homes.
I'm looking for a 70% LTV cashout between 4%-5%.
I've held the houses for 8 months.
Please give me a call if you're a Lender / Mortgage and have a product comparable the one described above in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Thanks! (317)six 9 six-3434
