MH are a Difficult Profit Zone. Only way to make Cash is , unfortunately, Contract for deed / RTO on Your Land. Even thru this process, you risk a great deal unless you take a 50% down. There are mega Risks involved and No lender will touch you while they sit On Wheels. I would say If you own Zoned Land tomolace the Home itsna very Large risk for investing.

I would consult with Local area real estate attorney or approach County Clerk Court Offices with Death  Certificate and Proof of being next of Kin and ask for Deed / Title Transfer assist. Most states ( in USA) property will follow to Children first before Grandchildren.

As a Former Landlord n now Land Developer/ investor for  Tiny House properties...,.. I often Found I could get the Best Deals by Checking out the  FACEBOOK Market Place and craigslist and Penny Power Classified newspapers n  Now a days you can Google What you're Looking for,.. There are many hidden Folks out there that want to sell Used Appliances n doors, Windows, etc,.. All the Best to you,..

Not sure what you are talking about.  This entire Post n mentions should be deleted.  If A Gay Black person  from Mexico  pulls an RV into my Park and we have space and they have money n a Good attiitude  We will rent them a space.  We are in the Biz  to make money  not critique life.
